City-level arrivals, nights and beds show Makarska's visitor scale and overall accommodation base. They do not tell you whether Donja Luka or Zelenka suits a particular trip.
The useful choice still depends on the exact address, gradient, walking route, beach access and transport for your dates.
Read every area at street level
Old Town and harbour combine historic lanes with the central waterfront. Donja Luka and Ratac follow the western beach corridor, while Bili Brig and Zelenka sit farther inland.
Check the real map pin and walking route before treating any broad area name as a promise about convenience, quiet or sea access.
